Das staff were total legends, went outta their way for our toddler with fresh pancakes, such a lekker treat! The AC was on point-thank goodness it was hot! Plus, room was clean and jazzy-such a vibey place!

Just a bit noisy from the street when the window was open, but nothing too hectic.

Wake-up service, available in my superior double room, was a nice bonus. The breakfasts were marvellous with excellent coffee and both salty options, for example and the staff were extremely helpful, did not rush me.

Incredibly comfortable location, I loved almost everything.

It was centrally located very close to almost everything that is important in Frankfurt. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Excellent Staff and Cozy Breakfast Experience

The room was spacious and sparkling clean, with peculiar cobblestone-patterned carpets that caught my attention. I also loved the modern vibe of the hotel, and the fast Wi-Fi.

I liked the breakfast. Variety: English breakfast, good french croissonts, fresh fruit.

One room not airconditioned

Our stay was fine, appreciated wonderful breakfasts.

The hotel was spacious with a perfectly comfortable location just next door to the old center of Frankfurt, several bus lines, and which is now a fantastic. A single room was brand-new with comfortable bed. The staff were professional and especially helpful, and the free parking was available.

The staff were always very polite and helpful.

I specifically requested a quiet room, but was allocated one at the fornt of the hotel which was very noisy.I had two nights n the very oisy room, but was hten moved to a quieter room for my last two nights.No room service offered for business people, which is an essential fature for me.

Very reasonable price at really convienient place

The staff were choice and super friendly, but the room was a bit warm without air-con. Breakfast was a highlight, heaps of variety!

The hotel perfectly exceeded my expectations vs what I have seen on the pictures when I booked it. I had a single room which is still very spacey, extremely clean and totally refurbished with modern infrastructure. They did even think about small details like some bathroom kit and leaving a polar blanket on your bed. It has perfect isolation against noise. I slept easily till 10am in the morning w/o any interruption from main street, where it was overlooking. Wi-fi was working perfectly though the room was one of the furthest ones in the building. There is a parking area of the hotel just next to it (though not huge). It is a great deal for the money you pay.

The staff was super friendly, and we loved the relaxed breakfast with lots of options. The room was nice and big, perfect for our group. Free parking was a real bonus too. The location is close to the center, so it was easy to explore.

but the wifi was really slow and we wished there was better soundproofing for the rooms.

Hotel was great, would recommend to fellow travellers.
